Join us in the Tecolote Garden for an intimate night of original songs, poetry, and creative collaboration beneath the Baja stars. This five month series features Jenelle Aubade alongside an evolving lineup of guest musicians, poets, storytellers, and artists, making each Tecolote After Hours a one-of-a-kind experience. Grab a drink, enjoy curated light fare, settle into the garden, and discover something new. 

Jenelle has been writing songs and performing for audiences throughout her adult life. Born in California and now calling Baja California Sur home for more than twelve years, she has released multiple independent albums, written nearly one hundred original songs, and continues to perform throughout the region, including the annual Tropic of Cancer Music & Arts Festival. Her newest recordings, produced with acclaimed Mexican producer Alf Moctezuma, are now being released, beginning with the single Come Around. We're thrilled to welcome Los Espinas, led by musician and producer Mark Gabriel. Blending dreamy lo-fi textures, indie influences, and soulful songwriting, Los Espinas creates an immersive sound that's equal parts intimate and cinematic. Mark's thoughtful approach to music and production brings a fresh, contemporary edge to the Todos Santos music scene.

Adding another special layer to the evening, acclaimed poet Charlotte Eulette will share selections from her newest poetry collection, Danger Jeans - Rogue Poems. Her work is celebrated for its honesty, wit, and vivid storytelling—and this performance is extra special as we help celebrate Charlotte's birthday with an evening of poetry, music, laughter, and community. You're invited to join the Birthday Bash!

Our featured guest chef for the evening is Dominique Sawyer, serving a delicious menu of authentic Greek cuisine inspired by family recipes and Mediterranean flavors—the perfect accompaniment to a memorable night beneath the Baja sky.

Created by artist and Tecolote owner Jenelle Aubade, Tecolote After Hours is a monthly concert series celebrating original music and the creative spirit of Baja California Sur. Inspired by the listening-room tradition, these evenings are intentionally intimate, encouraging audiences to slow down, listen closely, and connect with the artists—and each other. No two nights are ever the same.
