Event Tickets & Digital Products

All sales of event tickets and digital downloads are final.

Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

If you are unable to attend an event, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest. Please contact us in advance so we can update the guest list.

If an event is canceled or rescheduled by Tecolote Bookstore, we will provide options for a credit, transfer, or refund.

Physical Products (if applicable)

We take care in selecting and preparing all items. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right.
