Sea Foam Luxe Necklace - Knotted Art Glass by Jenelle Aubade
TECOLOTE ART GLASS
Sea Foam Luxe Necklace
One of a Kind • Handmade in Baja California Sur
Inspired by sunlit waves, sea foam drifting across white sand, and the luminous colors of the Sea of Cortez, the Sea Foam Luxe Necklace is composed entirely of individually handcrafted lampwork glass beads created by artist and author Jenelle Aubade.
Soft shades of pale blue, sea-glass aqua, and crisp white create a clean and sophisticated palette accented with shimmering touches of fine .999 silver. The result is a necklace that feels effortlessly modern while retaining the organic beauty and individuality of handmade art glass.
Each bead is individually formed in the flame using premium Italian glass and carefully faceted by hand before being tumbled to a silky matte finish reminiscent of weathered sea glass polished smooth by years of ocean currents. Delicate silver accents appear throughout the strand like droplets of sunlight dancing across the water.
At its center rests a striking handmade spree focal bead featuring layers of pale ocean blues surrounding a luminous core of gold-fumed fine silver encased beneath crystal-clear glass. The glossy focal creates a dramatic contrast against the soft matte strand, bringing light, depth, and movement to the design.
Beyond its visual beauty, this necklace was designed to be handled and enjoyed. The smooth organic beads and subtle faceting make it equally suited as a meditation, prayer, or worry necklace—something to wear, touch, and connect with throughout the day.
Wear it alone as a statement piece, layer it with other Tecolote Art Glass strands for an effortless bohemian look, wrap longer lengths as a bracelet, or even wear it as an artistic hatband. Designed for everyday wear yet refined enough for gallery openings, destination weddings, and elegant evenings, it transitions effortlessly between casual and sophisticated settings.
A favorite choice for lovers of modern coastal style, the Sea Foam Luxe Necklace captures the beauty of Baja's shoreline through a contemporary artistic lens. It is equally at home with flowing linen, a simple white dress, resort wear, or elevated evening attire.

Like fine pearls, hand-knotted necklaces should be stored flat in a jewelry box, pouch, or drawer when not in use. The natural hemp cord is exceptionally strong but may gradually stretch with years of regular wear.
A professional re-knotting service is available for $50 USD and is typically only needed every 3–5 years for frequently worn pieces.
