TECOLOTE ART GLASS

Boho Pearl Heirloom Necklace

One of a Kind • Handmade in Baja California Sur

Inspired by sun-bleached shells, white sand beaches, and the quiet elegance of coastal living, the Pearl Sands Heirloom Necklace is composed entirely of individually handcrafted lampwork glass beads created by artist and author Jenelle Aubade.

Soft matte white glass beads create a serene, luminous strand that pairs effortlessly with everything from flowing linen and resort wear to bridal gowns and special occasion attire. Subtle accents of fine .999 silver shimmer throughout the necklace like sunlight dancing across the Sea of Cortez, adding quiet luxury without overpowering the minimalist design.

Each bead is formed in the flame using premium Italian glass and carefully finished to a silky matte texture reminiscent of weathered sea glass gathered along a secluded shoreline. The result is a necklace that feels organic, tactile, and timeless.

Unlike traditional statement jewelry, the Pearl Sands Heirloom Necklace was designed as a versatile foundation piece—beautiful on its own, yet equally stunning layered with additional strands in true bohemian style. Its understated elegance allows it to complement nearly any wardrobe, making it a piece you'll reach for again and again.

A favorite choice for destination weddings, beach ceremonies, bridal parties, anniversaries, and meaningful celebrations, this necklace captures the relaxed sophistication of Baja California Sur. Whether worn barefoot on the sand or dressed up for an evening gathering, it becomes part of the memories created while wearing it.

Beyond its visual beauty, the smooth organic beads invite touch and interaction, making the necklace equally suited as a meditation, prayer, or worry necklace—something to wear, hold, and enjoy throughout the day.

Wear it alone as a statement piece, layer it with other strands for an effortless bohemian look, wrap longer lengths as a bracelet, or even use it as an artistic hatband. Designed for everyday wear yet elegant enough for special occasions, it transitions beautifully from beachside afternoons to evening gatherings under the Baja stars.

A favorite choice for destination weddings, anniversaries, and meaningful life celebrations, each necklace becomes a personal keepsake carrying memories of Baja California Sur long after the journey home.

Like fine pearls, hand-knotted necklaces should be stored flat in a jewelry box, pouch, or drawer when not in use. The natural hemp cord is exceptionally strong but may gradually stretch with years of regular wear.

A professional re-knotting service is available for $50 USD and is typically only needed every 3–5 years for frequently worn pieces.
